New products carry the full warranty available to you from an authorized reseller.
Used products are backed by Ike's in-shop warranty on parts and service.
In addition we offer a seven day return on any new or used item purchased from our store for full credit.
We do asked that product are returned to us in the same condition as they left our store, so please pack items for shipment carefully.
