ThisLimited Edition 1955 Telecaster Journeyman Relic honors Fender’s classic mid-fifties telecasters, with original features and a few exciting modifications to improve the overall playing experience. The two-piece select ash body has a Thin Relic lacquer finish and relic’d parchment pickguard. The AAA Roasted Flame Maple neck has a comfortable “’54-U” profile and smooth unfinished relic’d roasted flame maple back that looks stunning and feels totally broken in. Also equipped with a 9.5”-radius fretboard with 21 6105 narrow tall frets, which add to the overall comfort and playability.. Hand-wound 55/56 Neck and Bridge pickups and modern Tele wiring serve up authentic Tele tone. Other features include a mid-50’s style Telecaster bridge with vintage-style tuning machines, bone nut and single “wing” string tree. Includes deluxe hardshell case, strap and certificate of authenticity.
