This used C Melody is in nice shape for it's age. No major dents, damage or broken solders. The laquier looks original, it has a gold wash on the inside of the bell. It looks like it has had recent cork replacements, but I would think it will need at least a cleaning and adjustment before it is playable. Pads look like they are replacements, but this horn is 100 + years old, so the pads might be old replacements. Case is nice, smells old, but no mold. Mouthpiece, lyre, and plug all look to be original. Sold AS-IS. Serial # 116912
