This Brian May Guitars (BMG) Special is an incredible recreation of the legendary "Red Special." Built to the exact specifications of the Queen guitarist himself, this instrument offers the unique switching and tonal range that defined some of the greatest rock anthems in history. It is in excellent, near-mint condition with very little signs of use.

Pickups: Three BM Brand Tri-Sonic series-wired single-coils for that authentic, thick vocal-like sustain.
Switching System: Original BM design with 3 pickup on/off switches and 3 phase-reversal switches (providing 21 unique tonal combinations).
Body: Acoustic chambered Mahogany body with a dual-action truss rod and set-in mahogany neck.
Neck: 24-fret ebony fingerboard with a zero-fret for consistent action and intonation.
Hardware: Wilkinson WVP 2-point tremolo (Original Tremolo Arm included) and Grover locking tuners.
Setup: Freshly restrung with D'Addario 9-42 strings; professionally set up with medium-low action.
